The story of Clarice Cliff.  In the 1920s, an impoverished young paintress from the drab, industrial Midlands refuses to be defined by her circumstances and dares to embark on a journey into colour and design that will lead her to become a leading Art Deco figure of the twentieth century.

1797 and a large invading force of well-armed French soldiers land in rural Pembrokeshire. With the British defence three days march away, and the local militia squabbling, it’s left to the women and the elderly to defend the realm. THE GRADUATION

My script was made into a short film and broadcast on BBC2. It was created by a joint venture between BBC/ Bad Wolf and S4C. It won the People’s Choice award at the Welsh launch night for Its My Shout.
